DAY-Z

About

The story behind day-z

What is this?

day-z is a personal blog about code, design, and the creative process. It's a space for thoughts, experiments, and digital artifacts — built by hand with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

No frameworks. No build tools. No database. Just static files, monospaced type, and a few neon accents.

Why?

In a world of templated blogs and algorithmic feeds, there's something refreshing about a hand-built corner of the web. Every element here is intentional. Every pixel is deliberate.

This site is as much a design experiment as it is a blog. The aesthetic draws from brutalism and cyber culture — clean structure with bold, fluorescent detail.

Who?

A developer and designer interested in the intersection of technology and aesthetics. Believer in simplicity, open standards, and the enduring power of a well-crafted webpage.
